In 1941, the St Anthony’s Champagne Sunday Brunch became an honored weekly tradition for families in San Antonio. Every Sunday the hotel featured exquisite, delicately prepared cuisine that displayed exceptional culinary artistry. Families throughout San Antonio made it part of their Sunday after church tradition to visit the St. Anthony and enjoy the elegant surroundings and perfect Sunday brunch.
Today, the St. Anthony’s elaborate brunch is a tradition carried forth on major holidays such as Easter, Mother’s Day, and Thanksgiving. Each brunch features unique seasonal items and a menu that has been specially crafted for the individual holiday. Executive Chef Cesar Gallegos adds his personal touch while maintaining the culinary artistry and elegance of the St. Anthony’s traditional Champagne Sunday Brunch.
