Castiza- A Taste of Pure Mexican Cuisine takes you back to Mexico's regions by using original and flavorful ingredients. Cilantro, oranges, jicama rajas, chicharrones, and queso Oaxaca are some of the signature ingredients used in Castiza's tasteful menu.

Castiza will feature a brand new menu carefully crafted by St. Anthony’s Executive Chef Cesar Gallegos. Mexico’s most distinctive culinary classics will be showcased with different dishes such as Cochinita Pibil, Chicken Mole Poblano, Chile Relleno, Tacos al Pastor and Jicama Salad along with an extensive Taco Bar and Tequila Room.
