To secure space, the St. Anthony needs to have a signed contract, credit-card guarantee form and non-refundable deposit.
What are the service charges and tax amounts?
A service charge of 22% applies and it is taxable, based on Texas state regulation. The current sales tax is 8.25%. Note: service charge and tax are subject to change without notice.
When should the hotel be notified of my Guarenteed guest attendance?
You should communicate your final attendance number to the hotel by noon, three business days prior to the wedding.
Does the hotel provide linens? If so, what kind?
The St. Anthony provides white floor-length table linens along with different types and colors for table skirts. Specialty linens may be arranged with our vendors.
What other amenities does The St. Anthony provide?
The St. Anthony provides complete event coordination, trained servers and bartenders, tables, chairs, white linens, china, silverware, elegant mirror and candlelight centerpieces, parquet dance floors, staging, set up and tear down of the event and scheduled set-up times for your vendor. We have available for use a groom’s den and bridal suite for changing rooms before your ceremony for an additional fee.
Does the hotel provide any special room rates for my guests?
The St. Anthony provides special rates for your guests with a minimum of 100 guests.
